As a responsible Manager of this agency and the entire group of websites that includes Visitaflorencia.com, this is one of the few times that I write about us on social networks and on our blogs, but after a well deserved holiday I came back to resume this work we do every day with commitment, dedication, passion and, above all, love for this beautiful city which is Florence, and therefore it seemed fair to write this article.

Back in 2007, after several months of preparation, we published our first website. The name chosen for our company was Visitaflorencia.com, that is the name by which it is stated “visit Florence” and bearing the representative colours of this historical and beautiful Italian city.

At the beginning of this project, it was not easy to win the trust of the owners for managing their apartments and insert them in our website database with all related information to rent these houses for short periods of time. Furthermore, in those years, this work of apartments for touristic rent was still unknown in Florence. But little by little, our portfolio of apartments has been extended for the strong demand from customers who wish to visit Florence and for the confidence in our company. In addition, the apartments are changing and improving in the wide range of offers and possibilities.

Now we can convincingly state that all the accommodations we offer and we manage have been personally visited by our qualified staff in order to meet the most stringent quality standards; in fact, according to our strict criteria, those apartments which our customers would not have liked had not been included in our network of websites.

Thus, we have created a company with the purpose and mission to exploit the market, with the aim of providing to all our customers a good service and excellent conditions for their expectations, and the best selection of holiday apartments in Florence and the combination of an adequate customer service, management, cleaning and laundry of the highest quality.

Our goal is keeping the apartments in flawless conditions, therefore we make continuous revisions to ensure the best comfort, look and features to meet the living and the needs of each customer.

After all this effort we have grown rapidly, thanks to our team of dynamic, professionals and young people who work every day to make this agency become a landmark and one of the best in the city. As a result, we are proud to be one of the pioneers of this industry in Florence.
The changes and advances in online commerce and tourism has been fast and steady and we were forced to adapt quickly to the needs and demands of the market and customers.

Therefore, for this new season 2015, personally I would like to inform all of you that we have great ideas and innovative projects to be implemented in all of our online community and expand our services such as our new online booking platform, the exclusive services like discounts on museums, churches, restaurants, pubs, tours for our clients, etc. We have also created a comprehensive guide in five languages to provide the information about Florence and to inform our customers all the possibilities offered by our great city; we updated and improved information of our apartments with professional photographs on our new website, we have included new concierge services 24 / 24h, as well as luggage storage at our office (located in the city centre); we also made cooperation agreements with other companies to provide transfer services in Florence to / from the airport and tours in Tuscany and Florence with very competitive prices.

Moreover, in our renewed websites, all interested people can view truthful reviews written by our customers, who have already stayed in some of our apartments and we were extremely pleased by their stay. I’m sure, this system will serve to provide greater confidence to the guests and decide to book, with all the guarantees, one of our beautiful apartments to enjoy their vacation in Florence with our services.
